TCC September News and Events

 

An update on when some of the Community Centre groups that closed for the summer holidays start again and to highlight some of our up and coming events to put in your diaries.

Please note that our Thursday afternoon films are now rescheduled for Friday afternoons.

​

1st September Tea on Tuesdays restarts 2pm - 4pm weekly

 

4th September Singing Group restarts 10am - 11.30pm weekly

 

7th September Lunch Club restarts 12.30 - 2pm

(first Monday of the month)

 

10th September Evening Films restart 7pm

(2nd and 4th Thursday of the month)

 

18th September Macmillan Coffee and Cake afternoon 2pm - 5pm

 

21st September Evening Talk by Dr Alastair Eales “Southampton Art Gallery Collection” 7pm for 7.30 start

 

24th September French Conversation restarts 10.30am - 12.30

(last Thursday of the month)

 

2nd October Afternoon Films restart 2pm

(1st and 3rd Friday of the month)

 

19th October Evening Talk by Brian Matthews & Ian Fraser on "Occupied British Soil" 7pm for 7.30pm start

 

14th November Folk Night with the Itchen Folk Band, bar open at 6pm music from 8pm

 

21st November our Quiz Night is back 6.30pm for 7.30pm start

(tickets available from end of Sept)

 

28th November Table Top Sale 11am – 3pm

(tables must be pre-booked, booking from end of Sept)

 

5th December Chapter & Verse presents "Senior Moments" 3.30pm for 4pm start an afternoon of canapes & fizz with readings and live music (tickets available from the end of Sept)

Not forgetting weekly Monday Morning Cafe 8.45am - 11.45am 

Art4All Wednesdays 10.30am - 12.30pm and Friday Evening Fun & Games 6.30 - 10pm
